ORDERING
Our company handcrafts all products within 3 business days.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Custom products requiring proof approvals are dependent on you approving the proof. If a proof takes longer than 72 hours to be approved (i.e. I”ve email you twice and there has been no response), I will go ahead and print without approval especially if I know your event is soon.
Note: Our EXTREMELY BUSY season is from April to September, please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.

Do you offer color printing?
Our favor bags are only offered with black ink at this time. Our 8×10 prints can be any color you’d like, I can send you our color palette to choose from or you can send me a color to match. All digital art: logos, ads, etc can be in any colors you’d like.

Will I be charged sales tax?
SALTED Design Studio is required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to New York addresses.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. Please contact me for wholesale inquiries.

Handmade Disclaimer
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order and dependent on current materials.

SHIPPING
To keep shipping costs down, I use USPS First Class Mail on most orders (packages weighing over 13oz will be sent Priority mail | 100+ favor bags ship priority as they exceed 13oz). USPS 2-3 Day Priority may be selected at checkout for an additional charge. USPS Express overnight 1-2 Day may be selected at checkout for an additional charge.
(International customers: contact me first if you would like a quote for Priority or Express mail).
Note: We are not responsible for lost packages please contact USPS and file a claim.

International shipping (if applicable)
We happily support and love our international customers.
We ship all International products through USPS.
SALTED Design Studio is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
We charge a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers:
I offer flat rate shipping: $4 within the US, $15 to Canada, and $18 international on all orders.

Timeline
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need up to 3 business days to be handmade. I do my best to get package out in a timely manner, especially when you give me your event date.

Packaging
All 8×10 Prints and favor bag orders are packaged in a 12”x9” flat ridged mailer, if they are shipped Priority or Express they are packaged in the USPS flat rate mailers. Large favor bag orders ship in a USPS Priority Medium sized box.

REFUNDS
Because each item is custom made for you, I am unable to offer refunds. If there is a physical defect in the print however, I am happy to replace it for you. While I strive to provide artwork that matches the images online as closely as possible, please keep in mind the color variations between web and print and from monitor to monitor. If you have any questions about an item before purchasing, do not hesitate to ask first!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
